Is it safe to burn around pets and children?

Never leave a lit candle alone. Burn it where pets and children can't reach it, in a room with fresh air.

What if I don't like the scent?

Not sure which to pick? Our scent finder matches a scent to your room in three questions. You can return any unopened item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Will it mark my furniture?

Always burn it on a flat, heat resistant surface. Keep it away from curtains, shelves and anything that can catch fire.

When will it arrive?

We dispatch in 1 to 2 working days by free Royal Mail Tracked 48. Most orders arrive in 3 to 5 working days. For Christmas, order by Wednesday 16 December.

How to Use
  • On the first burn, let the wax melt to the edge of the vessel so it burns evenly after.
  • Trim the wick, or each wick, to 5mm before every burn.
  • Burn for up to 4 hours at a time.
  • Never leave a lit candle unattended. Keep away from children, pets and anything that can catch fire.
