Shipping policy

We deliver to all addresses in the United Kingdom. We do not currently deliver outside the UK.

Delivery prices and times

UK Standard (Royal Mail Tracked 48): Free on every order. Arrives 2 to 3 working days after dispatch.
UK Express: £6.99. Choose it at checkout.

- We dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, not including bank holidays.
- Most orders arrive within 3 to 5 working days of being placed.
- There is no minimum spend for free delivery.
- Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands may take a little longer.

Tracking your order
When your order leaves us, we email you a tracking link. You can also see your order status by signing in to your account.

If your parcel is late or missing
If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please email us at hello@ivnalondon.com. We will chase it with Royal Mail and, if it is lost, send a replacement or a full refund.

If your parcel arrives damaged
Reed diffusers are glass and hold liquid. If anything arrives broken or leaking, please email us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We will replace it or refund you in full. See our Returns and Refunds policy for details.

Delivery address
Please check your address at checkout. We cannot change an address once an order has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong, we will contact you to arrange delivery again.
