A home that smells like somewhere you love

IVNA London began with a question. Why does a five star hotel lobby make you stop and breathe in, when most homes smell of nothing at all?

We went looking for the people who could make that feeling last at home. We found them in a timber barn in the Essex countryside: candle makers, finishers and technicians who test every batch before it leaves.

We tested more than 40 fragrances. Four passed. The test was simple. Would a friend walk in and ask where it was from?

Our makers

A small team in the Essex countryside makes every IVNA London reed diffuser and candle. Candle makers, finishers and technicians work together in an old barn with exposed beams.

They work with skilled perfumers to build each fragrance. Then they test what they make in their own testing room before it comes to you.

The workshop is ISO 9001 registered for quality. It is a Sedex member for ethical trade and a member of the British Candle Makers Federation.

How we make it

• Our 200ml reed diffuser sits in a green glass apothecary bottle with black fibre reeds. It scents a room for up to 24 weeks.
• We use a reed diffuser base made only from plant materials, from a renewable source.
• Our candles contain no palm oil. They meet the European candle safety standards EN 15426, EN 15493 and BS EN 15494.
• A 30cl candle holds 200g of wax and burns for around 40 hours. A three wick candle burns for around 80.
• Our gift boxes use FSC certified board. Every product carries full UK safety labelling.

When your reed diffuser runs low, keep the bottle you love. Each 200ml refill comes with a fresh set of fibre reeds. Your room smells new again in minutes, and the glass stays on your shelf.

Every order arrives gift boxed, with a handwritten note on request. You can return any unopened item within 30 days for a full refund.

And if you can't smell your reed diffuser as you walk into the room, tell us within 30 days of delivery. We'll send fresh fibre reeds and help you place it. If it still isn't right, we'll send you a different scent, free.
