What we collect

Details you give us: your name, email, phone number, delivery and billing address, and anything you write in an order note or message to us.
Order details: what you buy, when, and how much you pay. We do not see or store your full card details. Our payment providers handle these securely.
Website use: the pages you visit, your device and browser, and your approximate location. We collect this through cookies. See our Cookie Policy.

Who we share it with

We only share your data with trusted companies who help us run our business. They must keep it safe and only use it on our instructions. These include:

Shopify, which hosts our shop and processes orders
Payment providers, such as Shopify Payments, PayPal and Klarna, if you use them
Delivery companies, such as Royal Mail
Our email marketing provider, if you sign up to our emails
Analytics and advertising partners, such as Google and Meta, only if you accept those cookies

We never sell your personal data.

Data outside the UK

Some of our partners store data outside the UK. When they do, we make sure it is protected by UK approved safeguards, such as the International Data Transfer Agreement.

How long we keep it

Order records: 6 years, to meet tax and accounting rules.
Marketing data: until you unsubscribe, or 3 years after you last engaged with us.
Messages to us: up to 2 years after we resolve your query.

Your rights

You have the right to:

ask us to correct or delete it
object to, or ask us to limit, how we use it
ask us to move it to another company
withdraw your consent at any time
