Can you put our logo on reed diffusers and candles?
Yes. We print your logo or message on the label of our reed diffusers and scented candles. We send an artwork proof for your approval before production starts.
What is the minimum order?
Customised corporate orders start at 250 units. Fully bespoke projects have a minimum we confirm after a consultation.
Reed diffuser or candle: which is better for client gifts?
A 200ml reed diffuser gives up to 24 weeks of scent with nothing to light, so it suits offices and keeps your name in view for longer. A 200g scented candle gives around 40 hours of burn time and suits gifts for the home. Many clients mix both in one order.
How long does production take?
Customised labels take about 3 to 4 weeks. Custom packaging takes about 6 to 8 weeks, and fully bespoke work about 8 to 12 weeks. We confirm final timings when we quote.
Can you send gifts to employees' home addresses?
Yes. We can deliver to one address or to many. Choose multiple addresses in the form and we will explain how to send us the list.
