These terms apply when you buy from IVNA London through this website. Please read them before you order. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. About us

This website is run by CXCONVERSION LIMITED, trading as IVNA London. Registered in England, company number 09637032. Registered office: 3 Essex Terrace, Essex Street, Northampton, NN2 6DP, United Kingdom.

2. Our products

• We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours and glass can look slightly different on screen.
• Scent is personal. How strong a fragrance feels depends on the size of the room, air flow and heating.
• Please read the safety information on each product and its label before use.

3. Prices and payment

• All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies.
• Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
• We take payment when you place your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
• If we list a product at a clearly wrong price, we will contact you before we send it. You can then confirm the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Your order

When you place an order, we email you to confirm we have received it. Our contract with you starts when we email you to say your order has been dispatched. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock or we cannot deliver to your address. If we do, we will refund you in full.

5. Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery prices and times are set out in our Delivery Information policy. The items become your responsibility once they are delivered.

6. Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the items. We go further and give you 30 days from delivery to return unused items. See our Returns and Refunds policy for how to do this.

This right does not apply to items that have been opened or used, such as a lit candle or a reed diffuser with a broken seal, unless they are faulty.

7. Faulty items

If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us and we will put it right with a repair, replacement or refund.

8. Home sets and complimentary gifts

• Complimentary gifts are included with qualifying orders while stocks last.
• If a gift is out of stock, we may send an alternative of equal or greater value.
• Gifts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

9. Offers and discount codes

Each offer or code has its own terms, which we will show with it. Unless we say otherwise, codes cannot be used together.

10. Product safety

• Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from children, pets and anything that can catch fire.
• Keep reed diffusers out of reach of children and pets. Do not swallow. Keep oil away from eyes, skin, wood and painted surfaces.
• Follow the safety and allergen information on each label.

11. Our liability to you

If we break these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for loss caused by misuse of a product or by not following its safety instructions. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

12. Our website and content

The words, images and designs on this website belong to IVNA London or are used with permission. Please do not copy them without asking us first.

13. Your personal data

We use your personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on this page when you placed it.

15. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
