Will I actually smell it?

Yes. Give it a day or two to build. After a few days your nose gets used to it, so you notice it less. Guests will still smell it as they walk in. Turn the fibre reeds once a week for a fresh burst.

Is it safe if I have a cat or dog?

Yes, with care. Put it where pets can't knock it over, chew the fibre reeds or lick the oil. Cats are more sensitive than dogs, so keep it out of rooms where your cat sleeps. If your pet touches or swallows the oil, call your vet. Keep the label to hand. Are reed diffusers safe for cats and dogs?

Is it safe around babies and young children?

Keep it out of reach, on a steady surface, away from toys and food. We suggest you keep it out of a baby's room. If a child swallows or spills the oil, get medical advice straight away. Keep the box or label to hand.

What if I don't like the scent?

Not sure which to pick? Our scent finder matches a scent to your room in three questions. You can return any unopened item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

What if I can't smell it in my room?

Email us within 30 days of delivery. We'll send fresh fibre reeds and help you find the right spot. If it still isn't right, we'll send a different scent, free. One swap per order.

Will it be too strong for a small room?

Not if you use fewer fibre reeds. Use 3 to 4 fibre reeds in a bathroom or small bedroom. Use 6 to 8 in a medium room, and all of them in a living room. Start low and add fibre reeds until it feels right.

Will it mark my furniture?

The oil can mark wood and some finishes. Stand the bottle on a glass or metal tray, not a wooden or fabric mat. If it spills, blot it straight away. Don't rub.

Can I use it if someone at home has asthma?

Take care. Start with a few fibre reeds in a room with good air flow. Keep it out of their bedroom. If they cough or wheeze, move it to a room they don't use.

When will it arrive?

We dispatch in 1 to 2 working days by free Royal Mail Tracked 48. Most orders arrive in 3 to 5 working days. For Christmas, order by Wednesday 16 December.
